The working principle of the sludge dewatering machine in the paper mill:
When the screw drives the transmission shaft to rotate, multiple
solid active laminates around the transmission shaft move relative
to each other. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out
from the gaps between the relatively moving rings, achieving rapid
concentration.
The paper mill sludge moves forward as the screw rotates. Along the
mud cake outlet direction, the screw pitch gradually decreases. The
gap between the rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of
the screw chamber continues to decrease.
Under the action of the outlet back pressure plate, the internal
pressure gradually increases. With the continuous operation of the
screw drive shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed out. The
solid content of the filter cake increases continuously, achieving
continuous dehydration of paper mill sludge.
Cleaning: The rotation of the screw causes the drive ring to rotate continuously. The sludge dewatering machine achieves a continuous self-cleaning process by moving between a fixed ring and a moving ring. It avoids the blockage problem common in traditional equipment.
